We had a great stay at ocean Blue #401. It had just had new living room and den furnishings and Keurig and such in the kitchen. We especially loved all the new balcony furniture...the chaise was comfy and there was plenty of great balcony seating. And the view is fantastic! Easy access to the beach encouraged us to walk every day. Can't wait to return.

Overall, I would recommend Affordable Large Properties.Communication was great... until I needed to talk to them in an emergency and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for hours.The location could not have been more perfect- INCREDIBLE view and a quieter beach front! And the condo amenities were top notch- hot tub and lazy river were our favorites! The beds were adequately comfortable, and having TVs in all the rooms was a plus. Cleanliness was good, especially in common areas of the condo.Negatives: The living room furniture is terribly uncomfortable. There was no soap of any kind (dish or hand) provided, one dish towel for the kitchen (we had to buy some), and no pot holders (some were brought to us upon request). None of the beach chairs provided were adequate for adults. We were not told that the water heater had been replaced, and there was a huge wet spot on the carpet in one of the bedrooms (a fan was brought to us). This caused an unpleasant odor for the duration of our stay. Lighting needs to be improved throughout. Also better shades for back bedroom windows as hall lights shined in my bedroom.In spite of all this, the view and beach and condo amenities made our vacation enjoyable!

Our family vacation to Myrtle Beach was fantastic. Ocean Blue offers beautiful condos on the beach. They are spacious and very clean. If you have a question they are very quick to respond to your text message. The rental cost is great. Our unit was nicely stocked with cooking supplies. It was very comfortable. The location is great, close to several restaurants, mini golf, and golf courses. The only drawback it that parking is limited to 2 cars for a large unit. If you purchase street parking be aware that there is a Shriners parade the 3rd Saturday in September. You will need to move your car or risk having the car towed. We would rent from Affordable Large Properties again.

Very nice condo. Was perfect for our family. The dryer wasn’t working (not a huge deal). Everything else was great! If you’re looking to just go to the beach, perfect place to stay. If you’re looking for night life/places to walk to near by- I’d recommend staying in a different city. The surrounding area was not nice.

This was an awesome experience. We opened the door with the pre-provided code of the condo to a breath taking view of the ocean. Each room was clean and the everything in working order. The beds were comfortable and the living room reclining sofa and loveseat were an added plus. We did find a few minor things broken but we made note of those things and made the owners aware. The things did not interfere with the overall quality of the condo. The condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Blue Condos (room 401)! We loved the spaciousness that the open concept living area offered. My 3 sons and their families joined my husband and myself for a week of family time. Together, we loved the spacious balcony, extra appliances in the kitchen, proximity to the beach, restaurants and the entertainment at the beach. The owners were a jewel to work with, and everything was organized/well-planned and the instructions were very clear. We have no complaints, and look forward to a stay again.

It was a ok AIRBNB could have been cleaner. My children wanted their beds pushed together and there were a lot of chips and wrappers under the bed. I thought the check out time was 11 am and everyone was working on that timeset but it was actually 10 am. A woman from housekeeping bust into our Villa at 915 am asking if we had left already. She then came back at 945 am and 10 am and advised it was a 10 am check out and I needed to text a number which told me we needed to leave although I requested an additional 45 minutes. Which was odd to me as they require you to pretty much clean before you leave so there isn't much for them to do. With the 500 cleaning fee.The location is great about 4 blocks from the boardwalk right across the street from a great section of the beach parking seems limited if the place is full and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do.Oh bring extra towels wash cloths and toilet paper.We had a great experience until the end.

We had a great stay at the Myrtle Beach Villas. The condo was big enough for our whole family. It was also within walking distance to the beach and amusement park. There was a pool and hot tub and grill on the property that we used. We had an amazing time, my only complaint was that the week went by too quickly!

The condo was huge which was a big plus for us. It was close to the beach. I gave 4 stars because the furniture needs updated badly. Broken stuff in almost every room and balcony furniture was broken and very limited.. The pots and pans were really disappointing too. They were so old and there was burnt food still stuck to them when we went to use them which I understand because they were such bad quality everything stuck. The condo also was not clean very well. If they would update the kitchen amenities such as pots and pans, Tupperware, and ice maker (did not work) I think it would help out tremendously. We also had an issue with cockroaches coming in the condo but I really believe it was just a Myrtle problem. I took certain things like towels, cleaning items and some cookware from home which helped our stay. We also had an issue at checkout with our code for the door not working sooner than it should have and had to get someone to help us. Can't say we would spend the price we did for this place again with all the broken and outdated items but we did overall enjoy our stay despite all of this.

The coach is all worn down when sit u are sitting on metal. My family and I had a wonderful experience. The location was very close to everything that you could possibly need, drug store, grocery store, restaurants, entertainment, you name it, we were close by it. I was happy that we were able to use the pool during our stay, everyone was friendly (we even got a chance to play some games in the pool). The area was safe, quiet, and private. The home did need a few minor repairs but it suited our needs just the same. I look forward to possibly staying at another location offered under Affordable Properties Management.

I really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for my family. The only reason I took a star off is because the unit flooded before we got there and even though they cleaned it up and put down a fan, the smell was horrible. Also, there was 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and for 6 ppl for a week it just wasn't enough. No huge deal we bought more. Overall it was a great experience. I would stay here again.

This our second stay at Village at the Glens. Both times have been in the same condo and both times have been superb. 3 bedrooms were plenty enough space for our family of 8 plus a toddler. The condo was clean and well kept with all the comforts of home. Having access to a washer and dryer in the condo was a pleasurable bonus. Pool area well kept and accommodating for the days we didn't drive to the beach.Cherry Grove Fishing pier is a short drive away, as well as Walmart and many others.Our first night we arrived in the evening, and after a 10 hour drive, we weren't up to going out. Little River Pizza delivered right to the room!!!VERY PLEASED WITH BOTH OF OUR STAYS AND HOPE TO RETURN IN THE FUTURE!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Myrtle Beach! We stayed at Myrtle Beach Villas II 405A and loved the location. It was just across the street from the beach and an easy walk to anywhere you wanted to go, Our grandchildren loved the amusement park.Our unit was large and accommodated all our needs. We spent a lot of time on the large private balcony, with a ocean view. We loved the pool and children's water feature.

Recently stayed in unit 105A. Unit was spacious, clean and fit our needs perfectly. Had a small maintenance issue, management took care of it same day. Coincidentally, had friends stay in unit 104A (not managed by Affordable Large Properties) and there was a joint door between that we were able to take advantage of. Could tell our unit was more recently upgraded than theirs, as well the mgmnt of ours was more professional. Only downside to this unit, and of no fault of the owners, is since it fronts Ocean Ave, cars rev their engine and there is loud music into the wee morning hours. We just got over it/accustomed to it, but it may bother some. The noise is particularly loud in bedroom 4. All in all though we had a great stay and recommend.

I loved the location! Close to Myrtle Beach attractions, only 10 mins from two different beaches and was able to grocery shop and play mini golf with the kids. Our unit was great! The only downside was the beds were uncomfortable and the headboards were loose.

We leased two units, each with 2 double beds. The furnishings were less than satisfactory - back of a dining room chair broken and counter stools that would have fallen apart if someone had sat on them. Kitchen in one unit was "underfurnished," in that it did not have a complete set of dishes or glassware. There were no basic "ameneties" in the units (e.g., bath soap, adequate toilet paper, clothes washing detergent, etc.) and the response from office personnel when I asked them about this made me feel like I was asking the stupidest question in the world.

We loved the location. It was very convenient to get to the grocery store, restaurants and to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and good conversation with the friendly neighbors. The only change I would make is the dryer wasn't working enough and that for a short stay I had to buy literally everything for cooking, coffee, etc. But I can't complain. The place was comfortable and we had a great time.

The issues we had were a broken dining table chair and very slow drains in both tubs which was reported but never fixed during our stay. Terrible stains in the carpet as well. There were no starter toiletries! Kitchen was well equipped.

I had the best experience with Affordable Property Management. Originally purchased thru VRBO for a vacation in 2020, due to Covid the vacation was postponed multiple times. This management company was fantastic. I never had a problem getting thru when I called, so professional with just outstanding customer service!!! The property was clean and exactly what we expected. Our stay started a little rocky with incorrect passcode to enter and broken AC on bottom level but management was responsive. Waited a few days for unit to be fixed (understandable) but was given a portable unit for one of the bedrooms. Would have liked to have had the unit for entire bottom floor but we worked it out. Floor plan was perfect for our group which allowed us to separate as needed. Nice amenities but would have loved if hot tub was in operation for summer use. Unit was clean and spacious. Management was quickly responsive to smoke detector issue— thank you! A bit of a bug problem but probably understandable for location near hotel dumpster. Very close to beach!!! Parking was hairy at times but we figured it out.

Only gave it 4 stars because when we arrived we were pretty put off about the property (before entering the house). There was trash laying around, cans, bottles and it just looked rough. Someone must have come and cleaned it up which was WAY better. We were very pleased with the house, nice and clean. Plenty of space. A.C. worked GREAT! Dryer needs replaced, takes 120 minutes to dry anything. Wish check in could be sooner or that we could be notified if it was ready before 4 pm. Overall we had a great time and would return again.

We stayed in unit D, the elevator did not work, the air went out on us but was fixed later that evening- still made it uncomfortable while we waited for fixing! The washer leaked, sliding door for 2nd balcony was wonky and the first floor was not really clean when arrived!! Did not have some essential utensils for kitchen, hot tub was cold water! I will say it’s a great location for beach access, and it served the purpose but won’t return to that property! Will look for something else if return back to South Carolina!

My family stayed 5 days at the property for my wedding. It was nice, clean and spacious. We only had to contact the host once and that was because we couldn't get the wifi working and they came immediately and fixed the problem. My family was impressed. The property overall was nice and worked out perfectly for our family vacation. However, we did have a few minor issues which included: the coffee maker didn’t work, the big burner on the stove top didn’t work, the cable on one of the bedroom TVs didn’t work, and the volume on another bedroom TV didn’t work properly. The volume could be turned all the way up and we could barely hear it. The coffee maker and stove top issue we reported to the property management and all we were told was maintenance would be out. Almost a full day later I had to reach out again to ask for an ETA. The following day after that they replaced the coffee maker but the stove top could not be fixed at that time. Wasn’t a super big issue but just a little inconvenient. Overall though, I would recommend staying at the property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Village at the Glens. It was super convenient to the North Myrtle Beach area restaurants and stores without the busy traffic. The staff of affordable large properties kept in constant contact with me by text to make sure we did not need anything and we were enjoying our stay. The only reason I did not put 5 stars is because both bedrooms had single beds and the carpet and furniture were dirty from wear over the years. Otherwise, for the price, it was a great quiet place to stay for the weekend. Definitely would rent again!

Recently, a group of nine good friends took a golfing trip to Myrtle Beach SC. They stayed in a very nice property managed by Affordable Large Properties. The unit was very nice, very clean, and exceeded their expectations. The group headed up by Ron Arnold would give them a Five Star rating. He asked me to post this for him.

Switched at last moment. Place was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was initially booked for 2 rooms with queen beds in each room. We had a room with queen beds and another with twin beds. Not the most bed space for adult male. Facility was well maintained

The customer service we received was absolutely amazing. They responded to my concerns immediately and addressed an issue that wasn't a concern for our visit. The 4 level home was clean and very spacious. It has a safety elevator and most of the rooms have a private bath area. The property is located less than a 5 minutes walk to the beach. From the balcony you can look out onto the beach. The family stated that on the next trip this will be our spot.

Shout out to Kara in reservations. After reserving a condo online and paying the deposit we were contacted and told our week was no longer available. After much conversation with Kara, rebooking and cancelling another condo, she was able to get us back in the condo we had originally chosen. The property was nice only two things are the floors were very dirty so dirty that we kept our shoes or socks on to keep our feet from getting so black and the smell of the property, it smelt like dead fish the whole time I even went out and purchased all sorts of fresheners and sprays which only helped mask the odor. Reported the problem I was told that housekeeping would come around and check the situation out but I never saw anyone. Dispute these two things everything else was good plenty of space for our family to have their own spaces and privacy

We stayed at the Ocean Blue in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very nice. The contactless check in was great and we had no issues with the codes or access to the amenities. Any issue that we had which was very few were taken care of immediately. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this property for any vacation and I will use Affordable Large Properties again.

Our room was so like home and all the decor gave you that relaxed feeling. The staff was professional and treated us like family. Saturday was a wet day but we played Golf and had fun. I hope the maples course gets the help it deserves it’s a great challenge to Play I love the layout . The Byrd and Jones was awesome, The wind made it hard to pick club selection but we shot in the 70s which was really great. Thank you again for everything our visit will be a time to remember.

This was a beautiful peaceful space to vacation. I found a hideaway on the back screened in porch overlooking the trees and water. So serene. It was spacious and the family had time to go away to their rooms and think. It was a little dated but it gave it a sweet kind of charm. Will definitely consider again

I love the fact that they were very responsive to my text messages and when I got there with my other 6 guest that it was so breathtaking and clean and was everything that the condo had listed. Our Girls Trip was Amazing and we will be back at this facility for any future engagements.

We had a great experience staying at ocean blue resort in Myrtle Beach in Penthouse 2. The unit was much better than we anticipated, was clean and nicely decorated. We’ll be back!

Unit was clean and as advertised. Had issue with heat not fully working first evening, staff was very accommodating and relocated us immediately to an even nicer property. Instructions at check in and check out were easy to follow. A very nice 4 night stay experience.

Came to Myrtle beach for my bachelor trip and had a great time. This place easily sleeps the 16 that it states. We had a group of 13 and everyone had their own bed. The building is a 3 minute walk from the beach and was exactly what we were looking for.They responded well to our problems. We had problems with the heat on the first floor and gave them a call and it was fixed within 2 hrs. Great place for a family or bachelor/bachelorette trips!!

Our property was very nice. It was clean. We had plenty of towels and linens. Lots of space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic utensils, cookware etc. The location was wonderful being only one block from the beach. The on-site pool was well kept. The property management sent several texts to see if our stay was satisfactory. I felt had we needed anything, our needs would have been promptly met. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future.

We stayed at Coconut Grove suite 403... It was beautiful, clean and spacious..The view of the ocean was perfect. Guest Services was available and inviting. We will definitely be e! It was the perfect spot to end the year on a great note.
