Resort Amenities / Guest Access
Guests will have access to the private condo as well as a variety of Myrtlewood Villas resort amenities throughout their stay. Resort features include outdoor pools, a shared indoor pool complex, fitness center access, shuffleboard courts, volleyball courts, and beautifully maintained community grounds.

The beach is located approximately one mile away, with nearby public beach access available for sunbathing, swimming, beachcombing, watersports, and enjoying the beautiful Myrtle Beach coastline.

Please note that certain resort amenities or golf-related facilities may require additional fees or reservations. Some recreational amenities may also be shared with other guests within the community.

• A copy of your driver’s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
