We have a variety of units ranging in size from one bedroom to four bedrooms available for rental on a long term basis.  If you rent for more than 90 days you are exempt from paying sales and accommodations taxes.  Monthly Rental rates vary from $800 to $1,400 per month depending on the size of the unit.
