Check In time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every attempt to have your property available at 4PM on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check in time may be later. We do not guarantee a 4 PM check in time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: A sixty (60) day written email notice sent to customersupport@mbvacationhomerentals.com is required for all cancellations. We do not accept verbal cancellations. The request must be in writing. ALL cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If the written cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date AND ALP is able to re-rent the Unit for the same amount of money, all monies paid will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, and the booking fee. Once you cancel your reservation the property will be available for rentals. ALP reserves the right to discount the nightly rate to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for a lesser rate all monies will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, booking fee, and difference in rental price. Cancellation requests or changes to a reservation made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit all monies paid. ALP strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance
When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Property was beautifully furnished and fully equipped to hold a large group. Clean and bright... luxuriously appointed and so relaxing; just a wonderful place to vacation. We are looking forward to returning in the near future. A great added bonus is the location; very convenient to many activities and restaurants. Close to perfect! :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 4-bedroom condo to house our 8 person group for a week. It was the perfect home away from home. Very clean, no funny smells, great set-up, huge living space, plenty of starter amenities. We didn't hear noise from connecting or nearby condos. The pool area was very well kept, we watched someone straighten up every evening around 11:15. The kids (4-8) had a great time in the lazy river, fun area and hot tubs. We used the tables for a couple of lunches. The location was terrific with a very easy walk to the beach, ice cream and the Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Even though we had a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone, it could use some updating, little paint and tightening of screws on some door handles but no worse than on a well-lived in house.

A very spacious villa for all 11 people. Seven adults and 4 children. Beds were a little hard and would have liked to have had a few more towels in the bathroom as I didn't want to spend my days washing clothes I was after all on vacation. Very close walk to the beach and mini mart. If you are going away with children this is the place to stay. The pool was loads of fun with the fountains and the 3' foot pool that had a lazy river feel too it was very nice. Would have liked a restroom downstairs to take the children to as to avoid schlepping upstairs in wet suits . The outside grills need to be upgraded and in an area that's covered so when it rains you and dinner aren't soaked! Villa had everything you needed for cooking assuming you planned to cook on vacation, which for a large group that we were was a must. Televisions in every room although one of the DVD players didn't work, not a major let down as we weren't there to watch television . A good time was had by all. Would consider returning here if I have children with me.

The unit was exactly what we expected. The pictures and site describe this facility perfectly. Our biggest concern was parking, however, there was plenty of street parking available, and we no trouble parking both at MBV and nearby. The kids enjoyed the lazy river pool and fun zone, and the two jacuzzi's gave everyone plenty of space. Beach access was right across the street, making it convenient to see the fireworks. There was nearby shopping: Piggly Wiggly, Food Lion, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree. We went to both Tanger outlets, the nearby mall, and Costco. The travel time to all the attractions was less than 30 minutes: Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, and the Hollywood Wax Museum. MBV is a great spot: away from the busy end of the boardwalk and away form the older economy motels. We had total of 14 members in our family and with one twin inflatable mattress (brought by us) we all slept comfortably. My only concern for MBV is the outdoor grill. There is only one, so I recommend bringing a small charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. The kitchen was clean on arrival and all of the appliances worked without issue. I would definitely return to MBV if we vacation in Myrtle Beach in the future.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, the property management company was nice, the loud noise in the streets on Thurs, Fri, & Sat night went on well into 3-4AM...made it hard when you have lil ones,the PS2 was missing the connection cord & the boys were a bit disappointed--the property management tried to get a replacement but was unsuccessful but the kids got over it quickly, the kids loved the lazy river pool & splash area, it is a short walk across the street to the beach but wish we had a view & it wasnt blocked by the highrise buildings.

The property was large enough for our family of 10. The beach is across the street. Walking distance to a large variety of sights and entertainment. The condo was very clean, a/c was excellent, the washer and dryer in the unit was very nice to have. If I was going back to Myrtle Beach I would definitely rent this unit again.

My family enjoyed every minute of our time in in Myrtle Beach. Not only is this condo clean and comfortable, it is also a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. It is perfect for a large family with people who want to golf, go shopping or spend a day at the beach. Great Condo! My cousins and I stayed here for a family get away. Affordable Rentals was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo is centrally located and the pictures are an accurate depiction of the unit.

The property has excellent location for walking to the beach, amusement park, parasailing, and shops. The 4 bedrooms worked well for our family of 9. One of the couches was broken, so we called maintenance. They were very prompt and nice to work with. They tried repairing the couch, but it didn't last. The couch needs to be replaced. The beds are very firm and the bedbug covers make them somewhat noisy. One of the queen beds had most of the bed frame slats broken, so the apartment does get abuse. We did use the pool area several times and were surprised that it wasn't more crowded. If you want to swim laps, this is not the place for you, but if you enjoy the lazy river arrangement or just want to soak up some sun, this works. We did try using the outdoor charcoal grill, but it was always in use by others. There is very limited outdoor space at this complex. There were kids in the apartment above, and the sound of running and jumping is very loud. Fortunately, they went to bed before us so sleeping was not a problem. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, cups, etc. There was a 4 slot toaster, although 2 didn't work. There were two electric coffee pots, but the one was way too dirty to use. As someone else mentioned, the floor trim boards are not all that clean, but everything else seemed to be clean. The dryer didn't work all that great, but it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and they got a lot of use. We had four vehicles in our group. The property provides places for three, and we had no problem finding covered spots for the three cars. We obtained a city pass for the fourth car and was able to park very close to the property the entire stay. I would recommend this property to others and would stay there again. For the price, it was a decent deal.

The property was very spacious and accommodated 3 families. We were comfortable and relaxed, never getting in each other's way! It was really a home away from home with the big kitchen, the cozy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and the living area. My children, niece's and nephew's had a great time at the lazy river and hot tub. Just about everything we wanted was within walking distance. The only thing I can gripe about is I wish the parking was better. We had trucks and SUV's and it was a bit tight in the garage, but we did do a lot if walking. Also the dryer was a bit loud. I actually thought something was wrong with it, but keeping the doors closed to the laundry area pretty much contained it and it dried the clothes..so it got the job done! Overall a great place, wonderful trip.

Although we did notice a couple of things while staying there. 1) There were ant's everywhere 2) Cleaning personnel didn't not CLEAN place as they should have. Place was dusty, Counter tops where dirty, dishware, pots and pans were filthy, Bathtubs were not clean. 3) Ice maker had paper in it as well as a snickers bar embedded into ice and blades of ice maker. I feel they should check place out from top to bottom, Food left over in upper cabinets. If it weren't for these things it would of been an excellent stay. Condo was excellent, Place was well kept as well as grounds! Just need a better cleaning staff for unit!

5.0"Will only stay at this Condo Complex when in Myrtle Beach"
Myrtle Beach Villa II is by far and away one of the best Condo Complexes in Myrtle Beach. We have stayed there 3 times now and will not stay anywhere else when we come to Myrtle Beach.There are three to four families that come on our yearly beach trip and this condo complex serves all of our needs. It is centrally located so that once we arrive we can walk to just about everything. The units are clean and well cared for. And it is affordably priced.The people who manage the building are friendly and attentive to your needs. The check in time is 4pm and every year we have arrived between 12pm and 2pm. Because they are still cleaning the units, we are not able to get in, but they allow us to park our cars in the spaces under the building and give us access to the pool. When there is a problem with the unit, they are quick to resolve it. The first year the dryer in our unit broke down. When they were not able to fix it because they needed to order the part, they were apoligetic and discounted our stay for the inconvinence. As far as I was concerned, it was no ones fault that the dryer broke and only having to wait one day was no big deal. But they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.I would recommend this property to anyone who is going to Myrtle Beach. We have already booked our unit for next summer.
