Enough space to have everyone together but also enough room to spread out and be able to separate.  With affordability in mind, there is enough sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guest. 3 rooms on the bottom floor, all equipped with streaming service TVs.  1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and the other room has two bunk beds. double on the bottom/twin on the top. 

On the top level you have a little kitchen area with fridge,  2 bedrooms, 1 king with master bath suite and another king bed with two twins. A bathroom for this bed is located just outside in the hall area. 

A pool table and game area is located just off the bunk bed room downstairs, and makes a perfect hangout spot after those long days at the beach. Located just a few minutes from the shopping at Barefoot Landing and our favorite main street in North Myrtle Beach. Be sure to take in the sights of main street and enjoy the ice cream shops, restaurants, and our favorite the large candy store!!

A shared pool out back of the property makes it a perfect place to dive in and wash the summer sun off before getting ready to explore the area. 

We have the ability to rent both sides of the duplex to a large family/group and open the door that separates the two sides. Please inquire about if interested

All linen is furnished, sheets, towels, washcloths. And a starter pack of paper products in each bathroom is also provided. We do not provide beach towels so we highly recommend you bringing those.
