Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on the day of arrival, but circumstances occur where check in time may be later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check in time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: A sixty (60) day written email notice sent to customersupport@mbvacationhomerentals.com is required for all cancellations. We do not accept verbal cancellations. The request must be in writing. ALL cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If the written cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date AND ALP is able to re-rent the Unit for the same amount of money, all monies paid will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, and the booking fee. Once you cancel your reservation the property will be available for rentals. ALP reserves the right to discount the nightly rate to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for a lesser rate all monies will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, booking fee, and difference in rental price. Cancellation requests or changes to a reservation made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit all monies paid. ALP strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance
When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

This beach condo is perfect for large families and friends looking for a spacious, comfortable, and clean place to spend their vacation. The layout is very open and the little balcony is great for sipping your morning coffee while looking out at the ocean or for hanging out with friends on those cool summer nights. It is located right across the street from the little path that leads to the beach and within walking distance of many food and entertainment for those who want to do some exploring during the day. Highly recommend this condo!

Extremely happy with our choice of condo in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was very spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 7 (we could have easily fit in 10 people). The living area on floor 1 (of 2) consisted of an open concept with a kitchen and dining area/tv room, which was great for group dinners and watching movies. There was also a balcony, which was great for morning coffee and evening drinks. The condo is right across from an entrance to the beach and just minutes away from a main street with many great restaurants. We spent everyday at the beach, which has amazing sandy beaches perfect for running, walking or sun bathing. The location is also near some amazing shopping at the Tanger Outlets. I would definitely recommend this condo for groups that like to hang out together, but still have their privacy.

I stayed here for a week during the summer of 2012 and was very happy with my experience with this condo. The location was perfect being right across the street from the beach and stores were in walking distance. The condo was beautifully decorated with a spacious dining room/living room, and comfortable bedrooms. The place was well kept and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone that is wanting a place right next to the beach with a homey feel!

I stayed at this beach house for a week during the summer of 2013. When arriving, I was thoroughly surprised at how nice the condo was, and its awesome location. The place was extremely clean and well furnished.The kitchen was a perfect size and it was helpful to have the two fridges. The living room/dining room was also very spacious and it was nice to have the deck off the back where you could sit and enjoy the surrounding views. All of the rooms were clean, well decorated, and were very comfortable. The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach allowing easy access. There is a lot to do around the area (many shops, dining, and family activities). I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that would like to stay in the North Myrtle Beach area. This condo is in the perfect location. Right across the street from the beach. The inside of the condo is very roomy and has everything you need. You will feel right at home i. It has so much room. Plenty of space for the kids to do their thing and the adults can enjoy the lovely main floor and balcony. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to prepare great meals. It also has a great covered parking lot and a pool. You will love your stay in this condo!

This place is one block from the beach. Tons of indoor space with plenty of sleeping room for a large group. My favorites were the location, the kitchen. A vacation rental that feels like home. I will 100% return next year.

Best place I've encountered in myrtle at this price. First of all it is very large and sits on top of a fully covered private parking garage. The master and guest bedrooms are enormous. We had three families with 8 teens and we never felt crowded! It's perfectly situated to the nightlife and you can even reach the bars on foot because of its proximity which is nice. It's also recent construction so everything looks brand new inside. A pristine stretch of beach is just across the street too. Grab this place if it's available - you'll be glad you did

The rental unit was everything that we expected and more. Very clean and comfortable accommodations with ocean views from the balconies. The main living area was great for our large family and the kitchen was well stocked with two refrigerators (a plus for us). Most bedrooms have private baths and the mattresses were comfortable. The beach access is directly across the street making getting to and from the beach a breeze. They condo also has builtin barbecue grills, which was nice. All you need is charcoal. We went over the labor day week and it was wonderful. We will definitely be visiting again.

This is a truly fantastic house at a great price. There are enough rooms for the entire family to have privacy. A backyard, private beach access, and two blocks from downtown North Myrtle makes this ideal vacation spot in the area. The interior is nice but so much that it feels like a museum. It is the perfect location for a beach week. I recommend it to any large groups such as family reunions.
