Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: A sixty (60) day written email notice sent to customersupport@mbvacationhomerentals.com is required for all cancellations. We do not accept verbal cancellations. The request must be in writing. ALL cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If the written cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date AND ALP is able to re-rent the Unit for the same amount of money, all monies paid will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, and the booking fee. Once you cancel your reservation the property will be available for rentals. ALP reserves the right to discount the nightly rate to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for a lesser rate all monies will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, booking fee, and difference in rental price. Cancellation requests or changes to a reservation made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit all monies paid. ALP strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance
When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

4.0"“Beautiful Condo and Fantastic Location”"
The condo was very well kept, clean, very spacious, and provided everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The ocean views from both balconies were beautiful. The location was perfect for our family. When traveling with small children things need to be convenient and the very short walk (across the street) was just that! We loved the quiet location and the convenience of a short walk or drive to restaurants and activities.

We really enjoyed this rental property. It was clean had plenty of space and was perfectly located. The description was spot on and will definitely rent this property again and suggest it to family and friends. I enjoyed the closeness to the inlet and the short drive to Myrtle. The ocean view from the decks is inspiring and the short walk to the public beach access is very convenient.

From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. When we arrived the housekeeping supervisor was inspecting the unit. She was friendly and helpful. She was giving information on where to go for dinner and making sure that we had a great experience. The unit was very clean and spacious. We had a couple maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. If it weren't for the maintenance issues I would have given a 5 star rating. Apparently is South Carolina you can not put your AC below 72 or it will freeze up. Also the wifi kept kicking our devices off and had to keep resetting the modem. Not really big deals. Would definitely book again.

I stayed here with a group in March. The perfect location, clean unit, and friendly neighbors. We simply loved the beach view and foosball table! We are coming back this month! Thank you for the nice place. :-)

When there are many people staying in one place, each person is looking for something different. I love a beautiful view when I am sitting on the decks or porch. The white rockers were perfect for my am. coffee , my good book and the beautiful view of the ocean! Upstairs outside of the 2 master bedrooms were another private place to go sit in your rockers overlooking the view if you want privacy. There was plenty of room to go and have quiet. The 5 full bathrooms also gave plenty of space and privacy. The walk up to the "inlet point" was a treasure each day to see the perfect sunset and for the kids to play in the dunes. The condo was so clean and fresh with the bright colors in each room. We will be definitely be back and will highly recommend this condo to others!

While staying at Cherry Grove Villas, and we stayed in Unit 403. I was impressed by how new everything looked and how close we were to the beach. we loved having a large unit with extra bedrooms for everyone to spread out!

5.0"Wonderful Family Unit"
This is our 4th year staying at this unit and we love it!! We will be back for as long as the owners will have us. Each and everytime we come the unit is well-maintained, clean and ready for us. We had a problem with the tv remote and even though there are written directions we called the owner and found her pleasant and she quickly responded to our problem. I absolutely love the kitchen and it has everything I can possibly need...all I bring is food. We like the fact that the kids can be upstairs in the family room and we can be downstairs in the great room. We love being steps to the beach and my husband can see us from the balcony of the unit. The owner's provide us with chairs and beach toys and in rainy days there are books, puzzles, toys and games for young and old. We love the Shack and Duffys for lunch and dinner and Berry's for seafood but we have caught crabs and flounder 4 blocks in back of the unit where there is a public pier. We like having a bedroom and bath all to ourselves on th first floor and the younger members of the family can be upstairs. The unit is large enough that we aren't on top of one another but we can be together when we want, especially for meals. The owners have menus to local restaurants and they have a great guest book where they have written their story and you can write yours. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to our family and friends and we have....friends are staying this year!!

This condo is very clean and well maintained,very nicely furnished. My family has been going to the beach for over 30 years. This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. We return year after year and have no desire to ever stay anywhere else. Excellent accommodations!
4.0"Large Family"
The house is in a great location. It's just a few blocks from the ocean. It's centrally located from all of the attractions. We could visit most everything with just a 20 minute or less drive. The entire family loved fishing off the dock. We were all very pleased with this property. I would definitely rent it again.
