When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

We rented this house for our spring break. It was two large families. We found the property to be well maintained, clean and perfect for our trip. The kids loved the pool table and swimming in the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect for our needs. We would highly rec. this house. Short walk to the beach, and in a great area. The property manager was AWESOME, we spoke to her several times and she was very helpful. We will be back

5.0"College reunion at Cherry Grove"
Recently, eight friends from college met at the Grand Cayman Villas for a week of catching up. The accommodations were perfect with eight beautiful bedrooms and seven baths. We had easy beach access for walking and biking on the beach; we enjoyed great sunsets and beautiful views over the marsh from our 3 decks; we were in close proximity to great restaurants; we had room for card games, reminiscing, watching TV, and enjoying lots of stories and laughter. What a great condo and what a great week with friends!

Very nice set up for large family with bedrooms upstairs and big family and kitchen area to spend time together.
Loved the game room and large refrigerator freezer and the stock of dishes.
House was clean and responded quickly with concerns.
Within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants and quick, easy access to the beach. Definitely recommend to others and very likely use again next year.

Bermuda Breeze is great place to stay to be close to all of the activities at Myrtle Beach with out being in the continual hustle of the nativities.
This House (Unit C) is beautiful and spacious. We had 5 families in this house and had plenty of room for all of us. The common areas are open so we could all be together; while the bedrooms were very private. We had a blast a the private pool and played a lot of pool in the game room. The beach was beautiful and close.
We look forward to going back in the next year or so.

This house has large bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, a pool table and a roomy cheerful kitchen and living area. It is clean and has a private pool that is enclosed for privacy. Great place for large family gatherings with ample parking. Easy walk to the beach.

Good place to get whole group at one location much better than staying at condos. Great room and pool table served us well. Large island in Kitchen also nice feature. We had 10 in our group this place would easily handle 12 to 16. Overall nice place.

Great place, very clean and well maintained. Really short walk to the beach access directly across the street. The private pool was a luxury for the kids and is maintained by staff daily. Very large refridgerator and separate freezer, as well as a grocery store right around the corner made feeding the kids a breeze (all 7 of them). Even had room for the grandparents! Would definitely come back.

Bermuda Breeze Unit 15C was a great place for our family trip to the beach. It has large spacious bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. There are long decks on the front and back of the house and each bedroom has an entrance to one of the decks. The pool area is fenced in so you can enjoy the pool in privacy.

This is a perfect location for family reunions or any large gatherings. This house is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is a spacious house that is very airy, with lots of room for visiting with friends and family. It has a relaxing cozy atmosphere and lots of privacy in the 8 private bedrooms. The convenience to the oceanfront is just superb, a very short walking distance to the ocean. There is a picnic area, and can fit lots of cars - at one point we had 9 or 10 cars there. The morning sun and afternoon shade are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the private pool area - it was so refreshing - so that you can enjoy the pool anytime of the day! The convenience of the private balconies off of each floor was great to view the ocean and surrounding area while sipping on my morning coffee. If you like to cook, it has a gourmet kitchen with everything you would need to make that special meal for friends and family. I will never have to search online again for another beach property because I have found the perfect location! 5 STARS from this PICKY GRANDMOTHER!

5.0"Senior Week Rental Group"
This was a fantastic rental property. It had everything we could have needed including parking large enough for 8 cars, spacious living and sleeping areas, well furnished, and a great location, within short walking distance of the beach and the surrounding town stores. The rental agency is fair, and as a student group we received our security deposit back in full. We treated the property well and also had a fantastic time! I would absolutely recommend this property!
