• Kitchen: The full kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. For your convenience, it includes a coffee maker, blender, and a 4-slot toaster. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils to make dining in easy and enjoyable.

• Bedroom and Bathroom: The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, complete with ample bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploration. Essential amenities like a hairdryer and body soap are provided.

• Decor Note: Please note that each condo at Atlantica Resort is individually owned, so while the layout remains consistent with the photos, decor and furnishings may vary.

• Resort Amenities: Guests have access to Atlantica South Tower’s impressive amenities, including the indoor pool, outdoor spas, lazy river, and a children’s pool.

• Beach Access: The condo is located less than 150 yards from the beach, providing easy access to sunbathing, swimming, and water sports.

• Atlantica North Tower: The Atlantica North Tower is just half a block away, offering additional amenities. However, please be aware that some facilities may be exclusive to North Tower guests.
