• Living Area: This bright and airy one-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It features a private balcony with panoramic ocean views, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Inside, you'll find two flat-panel TVs for your entertainment and a comfortable living area.

• Kitchen: The full kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a 4-slot toaster, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Cooking basics and utensils are provided, making it easy to whip up your favorite dishes.

• Bathroom: The bathroom includes a bathtub and is stocked with essential toiletries. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

• Additional Features: The unit also offers a washer and dryer, an iron and board, and free Wi-Fi. Each condo at Atlantica Resort is uniquely decorated and furnished, so the specific style and amenities may vary.

During your stay, you will enjoy:

• Pools and Spas: Direct access to the outdoor pool, as well as the indoor and outdoor spas. The lazy river and children’s pool are also available for family fun.

• Beach Access: The beach is conveniently located less than 150 yards from the condo, allowing you to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and water sports with ease.

• Nearby Amenities: The Atlantica North Tower, just half a block away, offers additional resort amenities. Please note that while you can enjoy the Atlantica South Tower’s facilities, access to Atlantica North Tower's amenities might be subject to restrictions.

• Booking Requirements: Please note that all guests must be at least 25 years of age and must sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals.

Family-friendly attractions include miniature golf, water parks, and fishing. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are great hiking trails and golf courses within a short drive.

• Conveniences: Grocery stores and other shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to stock up on necessities or enjoy a shopping spree.
