Check in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available at 4 PM on your day of arrival, but circumstances occur where check in time may be later. We cannot guarantee a 4 PM check in time.

No Smoking in the unit. There is a $500.00 deep cleaning fee for any unit that has been smoked in

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: A sixty (60) day written email notice sent to customersupport@mbvacationhomerentals.com is required for all cancellations. We do not accept verbal cancellations. The request must be in writing. ALL cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If the written cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date AND ALP is able to re-rent the Unit for the same amount of money, all monies paid will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, and the booking fee. Once you cancel your reservation the property will be available for rentals. ALP reserves the right to discount the nightly rate to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for a lesser rate all monies will be returned EXCEPT (LESS) the $150 dollar cancellation fee, Security Waiver, booking fee, and difference in rental price. Cancellation requests or changes to a reservation made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit all monies paid. ALP strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance
When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
Airbnb guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

I stayed at this lovely condo with a group of 9 women. Everything about it was wonderful! Everything was neat & clean. Location was wonderful. Owner was helpful as well. Well stay here again!

This was our second year at this wonderful condo! My husband and I and our extended family had a fabulous stay over the holidays and look forward to making it an annual escape from our busy lives to the peace and quiet at this lovely, homey condo!! The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions we may have....the unit was very clean and our entire family was very comfortable! Everything is just as it appears in the pictures!! We would highly recommend both the unit and the owner to anyone looking for a home away from home!!

We have spent last three winters in this unit. Never get tired of beautiful views. If any challenges arise the owner is very prompt in addressing. Recent updates have made unit even nicer. We will return again this winter.

We stayed in this condo for our annual girls getaway and it was fabulous! The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. Loved that it was an end unit as all the bedrooms had windows! The kitchen had just about every piece of equipment you could possibly imagine needing. We cooked most of our meals there and needed nothing. We were also thrilled with having a washer and dryer in the unit. We discovered a little convenience store down the street within walking distance which was nice. Molly Darcy's (bar/restaurant) is next door and we had a lot of fun there! Lots of shopping close by and plenty of activities for all ages. We ended up with a flat tire on our second day and the maintenance guy on duty had equipment to blow the tire up and made recommendations for where to go to have it repaired. He was a huge help! This place was wonderful and we look forward to going back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you Bo!

My family rented this condo for our trip and immediately fell in love with it upon arrival!! Beautifully kept, fabulous views, and a wonderful location! We had 5 adults one of those who is in a wheelchair and they had NO trouble maneuvering around the condo and we also had 2 children who absolutely loved it as well. We were so pleased with this place and would recommend it to people in a heartbeat! The location is ideal and the views are so spectacular that we found most of our time being spent out on the balcony! Hollie was a true joy to work with! Communication was such a breeze. Hollie was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my emails promptly and was very accommodating. The condo was very nice and the 8 of us that stayed were comfortable and had plenty of room. We had everything we needed. The condo was overall clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed watching the parasailing and banana boat riders. I don't believe any of us used the pool or lazy river, which I would say are just average. We would definitely recommend this condo to fellow travelers if you need a roomier place on the beach. Recommendations: The nearby Mr. G's has generous servings of yummy ice cream. We would recommend the Pirate's Voyage if you get out that way (not cheap - $50/person for dinner and show), as well as the Market Commons (PF Chang's was so good!). Broadway at the Beach is also a favorite place to visit. Part of our group went to the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet at Capt. Bennetts Calabash Seafood Restaurant and gave it a big "thumbs up"! This was our 5th trip to Myrtle Beach and there is never a lack of places to eat or sights to see. Thank you, Hollie, for being so gracious. We had a great time!

We recently spent a week in this beautiful ocean front condominium with some of our family. We had a spectacular time and the condominium is beautiful. We were all very comfortable here. The bedrooms are perfect and the condominium is furnished so nice and adequate, and very, very clean. It is located in such a good area. So close to most attractions and restaurants. This is the third year for my family and everything was wonderful, as always. The new mattresses were especially nice. I agree with others that the kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked. When my son decided to make a roast this year, we even discovered you had a meat thermomeer. Way to go!!

The view is amazing from the balcony. My family of 4 have stayed in this condo 4 years in a row now. My buddies and I come during the early fall for golf outings and always stay in this condo. I've contacted the management. Company already for our upcoming vacation and golf outing!

The condo has a PERFECT view of the ocean. It was very clean and well maintained. Dealing with the owner was simple and he answered any and all questions promptly. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen (yes, I am one of those people who actually COOK while on vacation!) I was pleased to find a few heavy duty, stainless steel pans to use. The deck was nice size, it would easily accommodate 8 to 10 people. We will definitely book here again. We were a short driving distance to many of the area activities and restaurants.

We have rented in North Myrtle for 25 years and this is one of the nicest units we have had the pleasure to stay in. It is very clean, as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and organized with quality cookwear and sharp knives. The kitchen is compact, but I was pleasantly surprised that it had a pantry to easily store groceries for for 10 people. The beach closet had a very nice umbrella and about 6 beach chairs along with some toys for the kids - also a pleasant surpirse. Our stay was peak season, so the beach was very crouded which I suppose is a downside of staying in a large highrise. I was impressed that there were 3 elevators which did a great job keeping up with the demand of a full house...I've stayed at others that it was a long wait to get up and down. I would definitely recommend this rental. We had a great stay.

Beautiful decor and so comfortable! This condominium has the most amazing views of the ocean and Crescent Beach, that can be enjoyed from almost every room. The kitchen is so well equipped, with a variety of cooking and baking wares, or, if you prefer, an excellent location for some great restaurants. The view here is amazing. I'd rent it for that alone. Wake up before sunrise and sit out on the balcony. You'll thank me later. You can walk right out onto the beach. When you add in that there is a hot tub, pool, you have a private kitchen, and washing machine and dryer... I'll never stay in a hotel again for vacation...

Really enjoyed our week at the condo. We rent alot of places but this was first that the pictures are exactly what they say they are. Nice clean condo with no problems. We decided to visit North Myrtle Beach after Labor Day when the crowds are smaller and the pace slows down. It was perfect for us. The water is still warm, the beach was great and this condo was just right for us. Very warm and friendly accomodations. Clean and tastefully decorated we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay there very much and have already reserved time for 2012. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.
