We enjoyed the location and space of our stay. Close enough to main street for mid day ice cream strolls on the beach and only a short ride to Broadway and Barefoot landing.

The place was very spacious and clean. Was easily accommodating to the amount of people we had. The stairs were a bit overwhelming at first. Elevator was extremely slow and hot. Other than that stay was relaxing and great

The description of property says ocean front beach view, while technically I guess this is true we were disappointed to find out that the unit is located behind the main unit facing the beach so the view of the beach from this unit is from the side of the building. I thought I was paying for a front unobstructed view of the beach. Secondly when we arrived the house was not as clean as what I have been used to using VRBO. For example, there was a bath towel with cheesy smears on it, we saw 3 very large roaches, one in the kitchen and 2 in the bathrooms. In addition, one of the 2 refrigerators was not working. Here is the good news, while I was very disappointed in the 1st 24 hours after arrival once I notified the management team of the issues they wasted no time correcting the issues. Within a few days we had a new fridge which was ok because this unit had 2 so we just used the one until then. Management immediately brought us a new batch of towels and they also called an exterminator out asap. So, all in all I am very satisfied, and I am confident this owner and management team will work hard to make your stay enjoyable even when issues occur. Things are not always perfect but it's how they are handled that is most important and the owner and management responded to my satisfaction under the circumstances.

We have a group that comes down every year for golf trip. The bedroom layout is perfect for larger group and do not feel like you are on top of each other.
