• Resort Facilities: Enjoy direct access to Atlantica South Tower’s excellent amenities including the indoor pool, indoor and outdoor spas, lazy river, and children’s pool. The Atlantica North Tower, located just half a block away, offers additional amenities which you can also explore. Access to these facilities is subject to resort policies and availability.

• Beach Access: The condo is located less than 150 yards from the beach, providing easy access to the sandy shores and the Atlantic Ocean. Public beach access is just a short walk away, making it convenient to spend your days on the sand.

• Amenities Access: While you have access to the amenities at Atlantica South Tower, please note that some facilities at Atlantica North Tower may have restrictions and are subject to availability.
